How long we keep your data

• Enquiry data: up to 2 years if no rental agreement is entered
• Rental and payment records: 7 years (financial record-keeping obligations)
• CCTV footage: 30 days, then automatically overwritten
• Analytics data: per Google Analytics 4 retention settings (default: 14 months)

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Resend (email delivery service) — to send contact form notifications. Resend Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics 4 — for anonymised website analytics (consent-based only). Google Privacy Policy
• Law enforcement — if required by law or in response to a valid legal request

Your rights
